Payment Policy

All prices on VTL Marketplace are shown in Gambian Dalasi (GMD). Orders must be paid in full before processing — VTL Marketplace does not offer Cash on Delivery.

Accepted payment methods

• Debit card / Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Local bank transfer
• Corporate invoice payment (approved business accounts)
• Mobile wallet — coming soon

Business (B2B) orders

Large business orders may use a proforma invoice, deposit plus balance payment, or an approved purchase order for credit accounts.

Customer payments are held by VTL Marketplace until an order is confirmed delivered, then released to the seller minus VTL's commission.
